Troubleshooting method: Check the oil quality and replace it with new oil, replenish the oil quantity, replace damaged bearings, ensure sufficient cooling water supply, and clean the cooler.
Oil pressure increases or oil pressure decreases after the oil pump is started
Reason: Blockage of oil pipe or oil groove, malfunction of safety valve, abnormal operation of oil pump.
Troubleshooting method: Stop the machine to inspect and clean blocked oil pipes or oil grooves, repair or replace damaged safety valves and oil pumps.
2、 Vibration and noise
Strong vibration of crusher
Reason: Loose fixing device of machine base, entry of difficult to crush materials into the crushing chamber, blockage caused by excessive materials in the crushing chamber, breakage or wear of accessories, poor lubrication.
Troubleshooting method: Tighten the bolts, control the type and amount of feed, stop the machine for inspection and replace damaged parts, inspect the oil pump and pipelines, and ensure good lubrication.
Abnormal noise
Reason: Loose lining plate, non-circular moving or fixed cone lining plate, broken key of transmission coupling or gear, broken main shaft, etc.
Troubleshooting method: Stop the machine to check the tightening of screws and the condition of lining plates, replace broken or worn parts, and ensure reliable connection of transmission components.
3、 Abnormal particle size of ore discharge
Increased particle size of ore discharge
Reason: The lining plate is severely worn.
Troubleshooting method: Adjust the discharge port, reduce the size of the discharge port, and replace the severely worn lining plate.
4、 Other common faults
The oil contains a large amount of fine mud and impurities
Reason: Failure of sealing and dust prevention device, blockage or leakage of water pipes.
Troubleshooting method: Stop the machine and reseal or clean for maintenance, replace with new oil.
There is water in the oil, causing the oil level in the tank to rise
Reason: Water enters the lubrication station, the cooler leaks and the water pressure is greater than the oil pressure, the water supply is too large, or the return pipe is blocked.
Troubleshooting method: Cover the oil station with a shed, clean the oil tank, and replace the engine oil; Repair the leaking area or replace the cooler to reduce water pressure; Adjust the water supply or clean the return pipe.
The ‘flying car’ is invalid
Reason: Poor scratching, improper installation, or excessive wear on the inner wall of the lining; The oil film strength between the spindle and the bushing is insufficient.
Troubleshooting method: Ensure that the clearance between the inner and outer holes of the cone sleeve is appropriate, and use melted zinc alloy to fix the cone sleeve and the axis sleeve; Repair or replace worn components.
5、 Preventive measures
Regular inspection and maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the cone crusher, including checking the oil quality, oil quantity, sealing device, bearings, lining plates and other components for wear.
