1、 Holcim Group Indonesia Andesite Aggregate Project

In 2013, Shanghai Sanme shares designed and built an aggregate production line with andesite as raw material for Holcim Group in Indonesia with an output of 300 t/h. The production line uses Sanme jaw crusher, hydraulic cone crusher, vertical shaft impact crusher, vibrating screen, feeder and other high-performance equipment.

2、 Holcim Group Malaysia Granite Aggregate Project

In 2015, Shanghai Sanme shares designed and built an aggregate production line for Holcim Group in Malaysia with a raw material of granite and a production capacity of 350 t/h . The production line uses Sanme jaw crusher, hydraulic cone crusher, vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, iron remover and other high-performance equipment.

3. Conch Cement Myanmar Limestone Aggregate Production Line

In 2014, Shanghai Sanme shares built an aggregate production line for Conch Cement in Myanmar with a limestone raw material and an hourly output of 150 t/h. The production line uses Sanme jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, feeder and other high-performance equipment.

4. Conch cement Indonesian river pebble aggregate production line

In 2014, Shanghai Sanme shares built an aggregate production line for Conch Cement in Indonesia with a raw material of river pebbles and a production capacity of 100 t/h. The production line uses high-performance equipment such as Sanme hydraulic cone crusher and vibrating screen.

5. Laos HONGSA limestone aggregate production line

In 2014, Shanghai Sanme shares built an aggregate production line for HONGSA in Laos with limestone as raw material and an output of 230 t/h. The production line is a turnkey project, encapsulating a complete set of equipment to realize green production. The production line uses high-performance equipment such as Sanme jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, feeder, and permanent magnet separator.

6.  Indonesia Alfa Granitama andesite aggregate production line

In 2016, Shanghai Sanme shares built an aggregate production line for Alfa Granitama in Jakarta, Indonesia, with a raw material of andesite and an hourly output of 300 t/h. The production line is provided by Shanghai Sanme shares with a complete solution and a full set of crushing and screening equipment. The finished products are divided into four specifications of 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm and 20-30mm, which are used in the local concrete mixing plant to produce commercial concrete.

7. 80 t/h dry sand production line in Vietnam

A subsidiary of Sanme Group has built a dry sand production line with 80 t/h for customers in Vietnam, providing them with a complete solution and a full set of sand making equipment, and equipped with dust removal equipment. The project was put into production at the end of 2018 as scheduled, and the output reached the standard, the operation was stable, and it was green and environmentally friendly, and was well received by customer.
